Arbitration
Arbitration is an alternative way to settle disputes, assuming agreement by all parties and offering a number of benefits compared to classic legal proceedings. By submitting a dispute to an arbitral tribunal, you save time, money and effort and you can count on expertise and confidentiality. During contractual and other disputes, the arbitral tribunal issues a binding decision which, like judgments and rulings, is enforceable.
The association has a number of arbitrators who have ample experience with civil and commercial subjects.
Mediation
It is not just classic legal proceedings that can end a dispute, so can mediation. The aim of mediation is to avoid lengthy legal proceedings and associated costs. A mediator will try to resolve a dispute between parties by allowing them to play an active role so that the ultimate solution is acceptable to all of them. The mediator is impartial yet supportive.
The lawyers of the family law section have completed special family mediation training and are, therefore, the ideal persons to act as your mediator.
